Forms and Series standings

All members are required to work at each show, please make sure your punch card is filled out in full before turning in so we can properly identify you!

Check to make sure you received your worker points after each show, names/show days will be highlighted in yellow if you DID NOT receive  worker points for that show. You will have until the end of  the following show to request changes. A copy of the worker points will  be available at the following show. If you have any questions please  contact the board member in charge. 

This year we will be offering  Mulligans for the 2023 SCWGA season. A mulligan can only be  purchased when you sign up for your membership. Each rider may purchase  one and it is NOT transferable. A mulligan gives the rider a chance to  rerun any event they choose at any show. You only get one mulligan per  series so choose wisely when you use it. Should you decide to use a  Mulligan you must ask to use it before leaving your lane. You will have  the option to ride immediately or at the end of your class. When using a  Mulligan you must ride in the same lane and use the same horse as your  first run. Mulligans can me purchased for $7 and you must purchase it  when you sign up for your membership. You only have one chance to  purchase a mulligan so please do not miss out on this awesome  opportunity!
 

Vendor Fees: Fees are based on 10% of the vendor's total sales, per day, up to and not to exceed $50 per day (for example: $100 total sales = $10 fee, $250 = $25, $500-$1,000 = $50). Fees will be rounded to the nearest dollar amount. Vendors are asked to check in at the office and make arrangements to pay vendor fees at the end of the show. Space availability is on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, contact a SCWGA board member.
